  • Q: Do we offer storage?

A: No, we do not offer storage nor are we affiliated with any storage facilities.

  • Q: Are we insured?

A: Yes, we are insured. Our coverage meets all state, federal and DOT requirements.

  • Q:Do we move pianos?

A: Yes, we have specialized equipment to help with the heavy stuff like pianos, gun safes or other heavy items.

  • Q: How far in advance do I need to book an appointment?

A: We recommend to have appointments booked at least a week or two ahead of time as appointments are first come first serve however we do take short notice appointments and even offer same day services when available.

  • Q: Should I disassemble the beds ahead of time?

A: Our teams are equipped with a full set of tools on each truck to help with any disassembly and reassembly. Team members are trained and efficient, happy to help with those things.

  • Q: How far do we travel?

A: We cover all of Minnesota, as long as it makes sense. sometimes you will be better off with a mover closer to you. Either way we can offer an honest opinion and insight.

  • Q: How do you do this everyday?

A: The truth is that it is a physically demanding job. We try to use the best tools available such as ramps and dollies. Back braces are provided to team members that choose to use them. With extra staff we ensure that our team has plenty of time off when needed to rest while other fresh team members can rotate in.

  • Q: How do we handle payment? Is there a deposit?

A: We do not take any payments upfront. We work at an hourly rate. The total will be settled at the end of the job. We accept cash, credit and debit cards, check, venmo, cash app. a %4 fee will apply to cards, Venmo and CashApp.
